To provide a reversing device of an external facing material capable of reversing the facing material by certainly holding it and precisely stacking it on an iron plate even for the facing material insufficient in prescribed standard width in the reversing device to stack the facing material placed on a conveyor on the iron plate on a sticking base by reversing the facing material on the conveyor.

This device is furnished with a plural number of arms 4 to revolve around a horizontally provided support shaft 7 in a reciprocating manner and air suction type suction pads 8 respectively installed with intervals in plural numbers of them on each of arms 4 so as to hold an external facing material 3 to be reversed, and each of the suction pads 8 installed at least in positions to the side of the support shaft 7 most on each of the arms 4 is arranged zigzag along a straight line crossing each of the arms 4 in parallel with the support shaft 7.
