Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide reversing rotation at a high speed by taking out an adjacent sheet material in the right-angled direction to the conveyance direction from a row, reversing the sheet member around a rotating shaft in the right- angled direction to the conveyance direction outside the row, and then returning it to an vacant part of the row.
SOLUTION: Either one of sheet materials 1 to be formed into a pair is transferred onto an intermittent reversing part 9, and when the sheet material 1 turned over by the intermittent reversing part 9 is transferred onto a sheet transferring device 86, a driving gear 94 is driven to rotate a rotor 91 by 180 degrees, so that the sheet material 1 is reversed from its bottom dead center to its top dead center and is on standby under this condition. A guide belt 85 moves in the fixed direction, so the sheet transferring 86 which has been vacant by the transfer of the sheet material 1 onto a sheet storage part 95 rises by two pitches and moves to a position which meets the top dead center of the intermittent reversing part 9. By detecting this condition, the sheet material 1 on the lower side is moved to the intermittent reversing part 9 and at the same time, the turned-over sheet material 1 on stand-by is transferred to the vacant part of the sheet transferring device 86.
