Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit greening on river revetment concrete blocks which is not washed out by a rapid stream.
SOLUTION: Anchor bolts 4 are attached to the bottom surface of a recessed portion 2 of a revetment concrete block 1, unwoven sandbags 5 made of coconut fibers are arranged within the recessed portion 2, automorphic net yarn covering the top surface of the recessed portion is placed on the sandbags, and a stopping piece 7 is inserted to the top of each anchor bolt. Next, vegetation base materials mixed with seeds are filled in each sandbag, the sandbag is expanded to the top surface of the recessed portion of concrete block, then a stopping piece 7 is fixed to each anchor bolt 4.
