Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply revolve a spindle with high durability.
SOLUTION: The rod part 11 of a spindle 6 supported by a gyropin 4 at a middle portion with both free ends is inserted with a play into the ball 34 of an eccentric sleeve 29. The eccentric sleeve 29 is connected with a lead cam sleeve 26 formed with lead grooves 27 and 27 and lead pins 28 and 28 of a lead ring 19 which is screwed is an axis direction together with a gyronut 17 by revolution of a gyrosleeve 15 are inserted through the lead groove 27 and 27, respectively. The movement of lead pins 28 and 28 rotates the lead cam sleeve 26 to rotate the eccentric sleeve 29, varying a distance between an axis line L and a center O2 of the ball 34. When a drive sleeve 22 and a revolution sleeve 24 revolve, the eccentric sleeve 29 moves circularly to move the rod part 11 circularly, resulting in a circular movement of a bit 40 on a top of the corresponding spindle 6 around the axis line L.
