Abstract:
To raise a brake torque with out increasing the size, while a brake torque assumed in design is easily provided, with less variation in torque.
A shaft 7 is inserted in a casing 6. There are provided a first rotor 8, which rotates integrally with the shaft 7 and a second rotor 10 which rotates together with the first rotor 8 through a planet gear 9. A first rotation mechanism which rotates the first rotor 8 is a shaft 7, while a second rotation mechanism, which rotates the second rotor 10 is a planetary gear mechanism, that operates, accompanying the rotation of the first rotor 8.
