PURPOSE: To prevent malfunction and detection of a person outside of a detection region by positively preventing an unauthorized person from proceeding and lowering magnetic field generated in the detection region.

CONSTITUTION: A revolving shaft 2 having a plurality of door wings 3 mounted at an equal interval around a circumference is provided, and a pair of panels 4a, 4b disposed opposite to borders of a door wing moving path to define a partial closed region in cooperation with first and second openings are provided. A motor for driving the revolving shaft is provided in such a manner as to be operated by a controller having a monitor including a detection region generating detection magnetic field. When a person having an authorization card enters the detection region, an enable signal is transmitted from the monitor so as to turn the revolving shaft in a passing direction by a specified angle and the person is permitted to proceed from one opening to another opening. Each door wing is provided with the detection region and an on/off device for turning on/off each detection region.
