Abstract:
To provide a reward management apparatus, or the like, configured to properly urge a user to continuously use a service.SOLUTION: A server device 200 for managing a user using a service includes: an acquisition unit 242 which acquires a use history for a unit period of a user; a fixing unit 243 which fixes a goal to be achieved by the user and a reward for achieving the goal, in accordance with the use history for a first unit period, when the first unit period is expired; a presentation unit 244 which presents the goal and the reward determined by the determination unit 243 to the user before a second unit period following the first unit period is expired; a determination unit 245 which determines whether the user has achieved the goal when the second unit period is expired, in accordance with the use history for the second unit period; and an offering unit 246 which offers the reward to the user when the determination unit 245 determines that the goal has been achieved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
