To provide a rework measurement system for measuring the result of a work for countermeasures against any defect generated in a manufacturing process (that is, a rework process).

This rework measurement system is provided with: a rework instruction issuing terminal 10 for issuing rework instructions when reworking a product in the manufacturing process of a product; an operator input terminal 20 for registering the result of the rework; a database server 30 for managing the result information of the rework; and a manager terminal 40 for retrieving the database for every monitor item for monitoring the result information of the rework. Thus, even when any work result collection system (IT system) for all the processes of the manufacturing process is not constructed, the result of the rework process generated in the manufacturing process is measured so that it is possible to promote the visualization of loss costs generated other than a standard cost and countermeasure against the cause of the loss costs (that is, quality improvement activity).
