Abstract:
To provide a rewritable memory readout control device capable of positively inhibiting readout and rewriting of data written in a rewritable memory, from the outside while allowing an operation confirmation test to be easily performed from the outside.
A CPU 11 is provided with a detecting means for detecting the completion of prescribed operation related to the writing operation of data to a flash ROM 12 which is the rewritable memory, and a control means for authorizing the readout of data from the flash ROM 12 on the basis of the detection of the detecting means. It can be so constituted that the prescribed operation related to the writing operation is the erasing operation of data.
