There is provided a structure such that a waveguide device 61 and an antenna reflector 62, which have an almost L-shaped plane pattern and are formed in the plane pattern of the same size, are arranged in point symmetry via an inlet 1 in-between on an adhesive face of a label sealing 41, approach the peripheries of the label sealing 41, and are stuck on the adhesive face of the label sealing 41 along the peripheries. Thereby, the mass productivity of the non-contact electronic tag is improved, and it is made possible to receive efficiently electric waves emitted from a reader's antenna while reducing circularly polarized wave loss.
