Abstract:
To provide a liquid active rheological additive for an ink capable of being easily used in most of modern automatic ink plants giving excellent rheological properties to a wide range of inks including one for lithography and one for heat setting, and capable of being dealt and poured with a pump.
This additive contains a wax a) selected from the group consisting of an oxidized alpha-olefin or an oxidized alkene having a crosslinked isocyanate substituent, and a polyalpha-olefin polymer b).
