Abstract:
To provide a rheological constant measurement method capable of quickly measuring a rheological constant of concrete in situ.SOLUTION: A groove-shaped body portion of an inclined flow tester is divided by a first gate plate 5 and a second gate plate 6 into a sample inlet 2, a sample tank portion 3, and an inclined flow portion 4. The sample inlet 2 located on an upstream side of the inclined flow tester is attached to a chute portion of a track agitator. Concrete discharged from the track agitator is allowed to flow to the sample inlet 2 with the first gate plate 5 and the second gate plate 6 closed. The first gate plate 5 is opened to collect a predetermined amount of a sample in the sample tank portion 3. Thereafter, the sample is caused to flow down along the inclined flow portion 4 by opening the second gate plate 6. For the sample flowing down the inclined flow portion 4, a flow front velocity and a height of the sample at any of a plurality of measurement points of the inclined flow portion 4 are obtained. Based on the measured values, an apparent yield value and an apparent plastic viscosity are determined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
