Abstract:
To provide a method for measuring the rheology constant of concrete for more accurately evaluating the workability of concrete in site construction work such as fillability, compactibility, and pumpability and aiming at more accurate management and rationalization of construction work.SOLUTION: The method includes: measuring the flow tip speed measured by a flow tip speed measuring instrument provided at a plurality of points in the longitudinal direction of an inclined flow part of an inclined flow test and the height of a sample when passing through each measurement position; and obtaining an apparent shear stress in a segment where a flow tip speed measured at each measurement position of the flow tip speed measuring instrument or a strain rate calculated using the flow tip speed and a flow tip speed of regress line obtained from the apparent shear stress are 0, as an apparent yield value, and the inclination of the regression line as an apparent plastic viscosity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
