Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide separating agents that enable rhodium ions to be selectively separated and recovered from a solution containing a plurality of metal ions, and rhodium ion separating methods.SOLUTION: A separating agent in which a functional group represented by the specified general formula (1) is attached to a carrier is used to separate rhodium ions. (In the formula, R represents an optionally substituted chain hydrocarbon group with 1 to 18 carbon atoms, an alicyclic hydrocarbon group with 3 to 10 carbon atoms, an aromatic hydrocarbon group with 6 to 14 carbon atoms, a heterocyclic group with 3 to 12 carbon atoms, a carboxymethyl group, or a carboxyethyl group; n represents an integer from 1 to 4; and Z represents an amide bond.)
