Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form air ventilation holes in a bag which avoid the entry of insects, water, etc. therein by a method wherein the bag is provided at its sealing part with a double wall structure consisting of an inner seal and an outer seal.
CONSTITUTION: A rice bag is provided with an inner seal 4 and an outer seal 6 at the sealing part opposite to the filling opening 3. The inner seal 4 has a width of 1.5-3.0mm and is provided with the two or three inner air ventilation holes 5 having a length of 4-6mm arranged at an interval of 1.5-3.0mm and with the patterns of such air ventilation holes 5 successively formed at an interval of 20-40mm. The outer seal 6 has a width of 1.5-3.0mm and is provided with the outer air ventilation holes 7 having a length of 12-20mm in the positions corresponding to the inner air ventilation holes 5. The inner seal 4 and the outer seal 6 are spaced 3-8mm apart. In this way the entry of foreign matters such as insect, water, etc., can be prevented while a good air ventilation is being maintained.
