PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently supply rice balls from a rice ball supply part to a dishing-up work part.SOLUTION: A rice ball processing device includes: an order information processing part S for processing order information of order terminals 10; a rice ball supply part 20 for placing a rice ball on a dish to supply the rice ball; a plurality of dishing-up work parts 40 branched from a rice ball conveyor 30 for conveying the supplied rice balls to be installed and to perform sushi making work along the order information on the basis of the rice balls; pull-in levers 80 for selectively pulling the rice balls conveyed on the rice ball conveyor 30 into the dishing-up work parts 40; a display screen 50 for displaying sushi making information of the dishing-up work parts 40 on the order information of the order information processing part S; and a control part C for controlling the rice ball supply part 20 so as to supply the rice balls based on the order information and controlling the pull-in levers 80 so as to pull any of the rice balls supplied from the rice ball supply part 20 into a dishing-up work part 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
