PURPOSE: To make a rice boiler in a compact size and improve cooling efficiency and operating efficiency as compared with a conventional rice boiler using an inverter by overcoming the disadvantage of operating efficiency caused by the disadvantage of cooling efficiency and large number of parts in a rice boiler using an inverter.
CONSTITUTION: A switching element 2 for oscillating an inverter and a power supply rectifying diode bridge 4 are provided on a printed board, and a cooling fin 8 is fitted thereto. Thus fitted cooling fin 8 is installed near a cooling fan 5 to perform cooling. In the prior art, the power supply rectifying diode bridge 4 is remote from the cooling fan 5, so that the cooling efficiency is bad. The switching element 2 for oscillating an inverter and the power supply rectifying diode bridge 4 are, however, fitted to one cooling fin 5 and made close to the cooling fan 5, whereby the cooling efficiency can be increased and the working efficiency can be imporoved by reducing the number of cooling fins.
