Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice-cake pounder capable of obtaining a finish of the rice cake having conventionally regulated water content without using a labor or a structure for diffusing a vapor by removing a lid from a hopper after finishing a steaming step of a glutinous rice.
SOLUTION: This rice-cake pounder is constituted so as to suitably reduce the water content by removing the water from a slit 18 by arranging the slit 18 having a conventional open area on a lid 16 of a hopper 13 and setting a pausing step of a prescribed period between a steaming step and a pounding step regulated by a controller 21.
