Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a rice cake topped with cheese which is prevented from deformation or the like while the rice cake and the cheese are adequately heated.
The method for producing a rice cake topped with cheese includes: a preheating step for preheating a hardened three-dimensionally shaped rice cake 20 until becoming viscoelastic; a topping step for putting cheese 30 which presents stringiness by heating, on the preheated rice cake; and a main-heating step for mainly heating the preheated rice cake topped with the cheese 30 until the cheese 30 becomes stringy.
