Abstract:
To cook rice deliciously by efficiently controlling the heating of rice and water and achieving an ideal temperature curve in the rice cooking processes from a pre-steaming process to a boiling process in a rice cooker and warmer for heating a pot in which rice and water are stored.
The bottom of the pot 1 for storing rice and water is heated by a first heating means 2. A lid 4 with a space forming an air layer inside is mounted above the pot 1, and a second heating means 5 is disposed inside the lid 4 to heat the space in the lid 4. The output of a first temperature sensor 3 for detecting the temperature inside the pot 1 is inputted to a control means 6, which controls the first heating means 2 and the second heating means 5.
