The rice cooker includes a body 1, a protection frame 3 constituting the inner wall of the body 1, the inner pot 4 detachably stored inside the protection frame 3, a bottom heating coil 5 disposed outside the protection frame 3 to induction-heat the inner pot 4, and an outer lid 2 to close the upper openings of the body 1 and the inner pot 4. The inner pot 4 is constituted by a clad material consisting of an aluminum plate 7 on the inner side and a stainless steel plate 8 on the outer side, and iron 9 is further sprayed on the outer side of the stainless steel plate.
