Abstract:
To provide a rice cooker capable of grinding coats of brown rice in which the cooked brown rice can have soft palate feeling and good taste.
A controller 50 has a brown rice mode control section constituted of a software. The brown rice mode control section controls a heater 31 and maintains the temperature of an inner pot 10 at about 70°C and rotates and drives mixing blades 40 by a mixing motor 17 and surely removes the outer coats of the brown rice based on the output of a temperature sensor 32.
