Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent washing water remaining in a stirring body in washing from spattering inside an inner pot by rotation.SOLUTION: A clearance 33 is formed between sidewalls 22a of a protection cover 22 for protecting the driving mechanism of first and second stirring arms arranged in a rotor body 15 and a top surface 15a of the rotor body 15. The clearance 33 achieves a washing water discharge function. When a rotor 13 having such a configuration is attached to a lid body, the clearance 33 is formed on the top surface 15a of the rotor body 15. Consequently, washing water that has entered the rotor body 15 in washing and the condensate water of steam that has entered the rotor body 15 in cooking rice or baking bread do not spatter from the tray shape protection cover 22 even when the rotor 13 is rotated. Thus, the rice cooker of the present invention is sanitarily preferable.
