Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable reliable restart of a warm keeping operation exactly when warming heat is needed, by providing means for determining whether or not to perform the warm keeping operation, when the elapsed time before a pot is reset in a jar is equal to or longer than a predetermined length of time.
CONSTITUTION: Pot return control means 56 controls a cooking heater 6 and a warming heater 45 on the basis of a pot detection signal from a pot switch 15 and temperature information from upper and lower sensors 12, 9, with the means 56 being set at a higher priority over cooking control means 52 and warm keeping control means 53. More specifically, if it is determined that the pot is not mounted on the basis of the pot detection signal from the pot switch 15, steaming operation or a warm keeping operation is stopped, and a time until the pot is remounted is calculated. If the time is shoter than a predetermined value, the control means 56 controls the warming heater 45 to effect warming. If the time is at least a set value, the control means 56 uses the temperature information 12, 9 as determination parameters for the subsequent operation. That is, if the pot temperature equals or exceeds a predetermined temperature, the control means 56 performs the warm keeping operation. If the pot temperature is lower than the predetermined temperature, the control means 56 stops all the operation and turns off.
