Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice-cooking vessel for holding polished rice eatable by cooking without washing together with rice-cooking water in one packaging vessel.
SOLUTION: An upper case 1 is stacked on a lower case 2 and both cases are made to be connected with each other by external pressure. Polished rice (n) eatable by cooking without washing with water and rice-cooking water (m) of an amount meeting the amount of the polished rice are held in the upper and the lower cases, respectively.
