This rice gruel retort pack for pets is obtained through the following process: mixing a high ratio of rice, Konjak (devil's tongue) grains containing a large amount of fine air bubbles in a dispersing state, small ratio of meat necessary for seasoning so as to have such a taste as to stimulate appetite of cats, dogs, or the like, and vegetables at a rate required for nutritional balance with one another; boiling them together in a pot so as to infiltrate protein, starch, amino acids each seeped out from the rice, the meat and the vegetables, and other soup into the Konjak grains; preparing totally calorie-off rice gruel where taste-infiltrated Konjak grains and rice grains are confusingly mixed; charging the predetermined amount of the gruel in a bag or a container; and closing the opening of the bag or the container.
