Abstract:
To provide a rice-hulling and sorting machine which can measure a grade of finishing rice on a regular basis during rice-hulling and sorting work.SOLUTION: A rice-hulling and sorting machine comprises: a body including a rice-hulling device 2, a wind selection part 3, and a shaking screening device 6; a finishing rice elevating machine 7 which lifts and discharges the screened and finishing rice; and quality measuring means S which measures quality of sample grains in the side opposite to a throwing port of the finishing rice elevating machine 7. The quality measuring means S includes: a sample grain inflow port 34 which acquires the sample grains from the grains lifted by the finishing rice elevating machine 7; a grain measuring device 31 which measures the sample grain flowed from the sample grain inflow port 34; and a sample grain discharge port 39 which returns the grain measured in the grain measuring device 31 to the finishing rice elevating machine 7 to discharge the grains to outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
