Abstract:
To provide a rice milling apparatus where a customer can easily enter a passenger room while holding an unpolished rice bag and the like with both hands.SOLUTION: A rice milling apparatus partitioning off a building 1 into a machine room 3 and a passenger room 4 by a partition wall 2 comprises: an entrance/exit door 20 which automatically opens/closes at an entrance part of the passenger room 4; and an entrance/exit opening/closing detection sensors 24, 26 arranged at the lower part of the building 1, where the entrance/exit opening/closing detection sensors 24, 26 output an entrance/exit opening signal when detecting the approach of an object. The entrance/exit door 20 can slide in right and left directions to open/close the entrance part. The entrance opening/closing detection sensor 24 is arranged at the outside of a pillar 27 of the building 1 adjacent to an opening operation starting end side of the entrance/exit door 20, and the exit opening/closing detection sensor 26 is arranged at a passenger room 4 side of the pillar 27 of the building 1 adjacent to the opening operation starting end side of the entrance/exit door 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
