Abstract:
To install a facility which utilizes one of rice milling facilities installed at a number of sites across the country to supply electric power for electric vehicles and thereby contribute to spreading of electric vehicles.SOLUTION: An unmanned rice milling facility includes a rice milling machine (9) in a building (1) and mills brown rice brought by a user. The unmanned rice milling facility further includes: a charging unit (16) for charging batteries of electric vehicles; and a control unit (23) which restricts charging by the charging unit (16) during rice milling operation and restricts the rice milling operation during charging.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
