Abstract:
To provide a rice milling machine which can prevent the variations in the quality of a milling degree of rice grains obtained when milling the same raw material unpolished rice.SOLUTION: A rice milling machine having a control unit which controls milling degree adjustment means such that the milling degree of rice grains becomes the prescribed quality, comprises detection means which can detect the milling degree of rice grains. The control unit controls the milling degree adjustment means such that the milling degree of rice grains detected by the detection means matches the target milling degree. The rice milling machine also comprises storage means which can store and register control information in a case where the control unit controls the milling degree adjustment means in association with raw material information of the raw material unpolished rice together with the target milling degree. The milling processing of the raw material unpolished rice can be started on the basis of the control information stored and registered in the storage means and specified by the raw material information of the raw material unpolished rice and the target milling degree.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
