The rice scoop 10 is composed of a scoop part 11 formed of fluororesin, and a grip part 12 formed of ABS resin. A base end part of the scoop part 11 of approximately oval shape on the whole is connected to the grip part 12 by a core 13. A heart-shaped protruding part 14 is protrusively provided at the center of the core 13, and a protrusion 15 is provided at a point closer to the tip side than the protruding part 14. The back face of the scoop part 11 is provided with reinforcing ribs 16 in the longitudinal direction of the grip part 12. A protrusion 17 is provided as a slip-off stopper at the tip part of the grip part 12, and an elliptic through hole 20 is formed at the base end part of the grip part 12.
