Title:
RICE SCOOP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH01256917
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To radiate the energy with a long wavelength of far infrared rays to the staple food, particularly boiled rice, and improve the taste of boiled rice by coating a far infrared ray emitting material on the whole or part of the surface of a rice scoop and providing the scoop with the far infrared ray emitting function.

CONSTITUTION: A grip section 1 is formed on one end of this rice scoop, a bulged section 2 with a gradually flat or warped shape is formed nearly from the center to the other end. A far infrared ray emitting material may be coated with far infrared ray emission B at the baking temperature of 1,000°C or above on the whole or part of the front and rear stainless surfaces of the rice scoop A, or it is coated with far infrared ray emission ceramic B at the baking temperature of 1,000°C or above on the whole or part of the front and rear surfaces of the rice scoop A made of a ceramic material such as pottery. Far infrared rays can be invariably radiated to boiled rice, thereby the boiled rice is made tasty.
