To provide a rice transplanter in which peripheral components such as cooling system components and power transmission system components are disposed around an engine efficiently and compactly, while improving cooling efficiency.
A rice transplanter includes: an engine mounted on a traveling machine body; a transmission case which performs gear shift of power of the engine and transmits the power to the traveling section of the traveling machine body; and a seedling planting device which is mounted on the traveling machine body. An intake fan for engine air cooling is provided to one side face of the engine. In the engine, on another side face opposed to the intake fan, an exhaust pipe 87 communicated with the exhaust system of the engine is extended at one side, with an output shaft 70 protruding from the other side face interposed therebetween, and a generator 94 is disposed at another side.
