Abstract:
To clean a rice washing tank efficiently with a small amount of water.SOLUTION: A rice washer includes: a rice washing tank 5; an upper water supply pipe 48 which supplies water from the upper part side of the rice washing tank 5; a lower water supply pipe 53 which supplies water from the lower part side of the rice washing tank 5; and a drain valve 64. In a cleaning mode, water is supplied from the upper water supply pipe 48 in a state that the drain valve 64 is closed and the drain valve 64 is opened during the water supply from the upper water supply pipe 48. Then, water supply from the upper water supply pipe 48 is stopped and water is supplied from the lower water supply pipe 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
