Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make cleaning easy by removing the tank of the rice cooking device from the floor panel.
SOLUTION: In the device, after a rice washing process is finished, water is jetted from a water supply device 2 to a water volume sensor to wash out contaminants on the sensor and the like. A hollow rotating shaft 20 is disposed on a tank 1, wherein a flange part provided on an upper end of the shaft is detachably fixed on a floor panel 8 and the shaft has a shaft center in a direction identical to that of the tank 1 and is provided in the center of the tank 1 and rotatably by a transmission mechanism by the upper end of the shaft penetrating above the floor panel 8. Agitating blades 9 are fixed on a shaft part of the rotating shaft 20 positioning inside the tank and rotatable integrating with the shaft. The valve shaft 22 is provided shiftably in a vertical direction in the inside of the rotating shaft 20 and has a valve provided detachably on a lower end of the shaft, wherein the valve closes a lower end part of a passage of movement of grains and water stored in the tank 1 at the time of shifting upward and opens the lower end part of the passage at the time of shifting downward on the contrary.
