Abstract:
To provide a rice washing device for supplying rice to a rice washing tank for washing the rice with water, and supplying the rice and a proper amount of water into a rice cooker, capable of reducing a maintenance frequency of a water level sensor which detects an amount of water supplied to the rice washing tank, for allowing use in a long term.SOLUTION: A lid plate of a rice washing tank 5 is formed of a partition member 3, on a lower part of a rice storage tank 4, rice is put into the rice washing tank 5 from a rice supply hole 16 of the partition member 3, then water is supplied into the rice washing tank 5 for agitating the rice and the water by an agitation rod 35 for washing the rice, in a rice washing device, the rice washing device has on the upper part of the partition member 3, a water level sensor 27 for radiating light or ultrasonic wave into the rice washing tank 5, by the water level detected by the water level sensor 27, water supply is controlled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
