Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a richness promoter excellent in richness enhancement effect to food and drink, and containing, as a component, a safe raw material abundant in a nutrient component; and to provide food and drink containing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a richness promoter containing dry powder of kale as a component. Preferably, the dry powder of kale contains sulforaphane as much as 9.2×10to 2.3×10mass%. There are also provided food and drink containing the richness promoter. Preferably, the food and drink are miso or miso soup. More preferably, the amount of the dry powder of kale in miso soup is 0.16-0.4 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
