Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008019638
Kind Code:

To obtain a simple and inexpensive ridge ventilation structure which comprises a pair of roof tiles, a ventilation passage, a ridge tile, and a member for suppressing the penetration of water.

This ridge ventilation structure 40 comprises the pair of roof tiles 10, the ventilation passage 45, the ridge tile 41, and the member 44 for suppressing the penetration of water. The pair of roof tiles 10 is arranged in the state of facing each other via a ridge-line section of the roof 1. The ridge tile 41 comprises a pair of side walls 43 which are each raised from the pair of roof tiles 10, and vent holes 47 which are formed in the side walls 43, respectively. The ridge tile 41 is arranged astride the pair of roof tiles 10 so as to cover the ventilation passage 45 from above. The member 44 faces the vent hole 47 in the inside space 46 of the ridge tile 41, and is isolated from the side wall 43 and fixed to the roof tile 10, so as to suppress the penetration of the water into the ventilation passage 45 from the vent hole 47.
