PURPOSE: To simplify work by fitting the cylindrical part of a rigid block in which anchor steel rods are firmly attached at the cylinder with an opening at the bottom, at outer part of the head of piles and pouring an expansion agent unto the space between the cylinder and the outer periphery of the pile to rigidly join the block at the head of pile by the expansion pressure.
CONSTITUTION: After a support pile 2 is constructed, a base slab 21 is inwardly inserted in the head of the pile 2 and a reinforced plate 22 is arranged in the working chamber 5 of the caisson. The cylinder 3 of a rigidly joined block 1 is fitted at the outer periphery of the head of the pile 2. Next, an expansive agent 6 is poured from pouring inlets 33, 34 into each chamber A, B, and further, the expansive pressure of the expansive material 6 acts on the inner and outer faces of the pile 2 positioned between both chambers A, B in the respectively confronting direction to rigidly join the pile 2 and the cylinder 3.
