PURPOSE: To obtain excellent uniformity of the assembly body between a tyre and a wheel rim by filling an air from plural valves unsychronously and gradually and fitting the tyre to the rim while confirming that the fitting state between the tyre and the rim is uniform on the periphery.
CONSTITUTION: At first, a tubeless pneumatic tyre is fitted to the wheel rim for the tubeless pneumatic tyre on which plural valves for filling air are arranged at the same interval on the periphery or the same interval substantially. While filling the air from plural valves for filling air unsynchronously and gradually and mounting the tyre and the rim in a concentric circle shape and repeating a work for confirming that the fitting state between the tyre and the rim is uniform on the periphery, the filled inner pressure is raised gradually until the tyre and the rim are fitted each other and thereafter the air pressure is adjusted until reaching regular inner pressure. Therefore, such state that the tyre and the rim are fitted uniformly on the periphery is obtained and a final fit pressure is lowered.
