A plurality of reinforcement member 14 are fixed on an outer surface of the spoke attachment part at circumferentially spaced locations which effectively increase the thickness of an inside annular part 26 as a spoke attachment part. Respective reinforcement members are disposed on the outer surface of a hollow area. The attachment openings 28a, 28b are extended through the reinforcement member 14 and the spoke attachment part so as to couple the spokes to the rim. Preferably, the reinforcement member is welded or soldered to the spoke attachment part, and the attachment openings are formed on the spoke attachment part and the reinforcement member.
