A bent cover 4 is formed to a lower section continuous to an unbound side of a cover 3 bound with a ring 2, and a paper 1 coming to the underside when a required page is opened is pinched to protect. A cover 5 continuing from the underside cover 3 to the uppermost part is arranged to protect the top face, and the whole is protected and retained. The required page can be immediately exposed by opening the cover 5 covering the top surface.
