Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring brush unit capable of reducing the number of man-hours for assembly of a ring brush and capable of shortening a brush roll manufacturing time.SOLUTION: In a ring brush unit, a plurality of ring brushes 10, which comprise a filament assembly 11 made of a plurality of radially-elongated linear brush filaments and a pair of holding plates 13 and 14 for holding the filament assembly 11 from front and rear sides in its axial direction and which are used for a brush roll of a brush type road sweeper, are stacked in the axial direction, and connected to each other by a plurality of stud bolts 27 that concurrently pass through the holding plates 13 and 14 of each of the ring brushes 10.
