PURPOSE: To manufacture a concrete pipe accurately without leaking a carrier fluid, by a method wherein a ring for a concrete shuttering forming an inner circumferential surface of a joint part of a concrete pipe is comprised of rubber or synthetic resin which is capable of swelling outside of a radial direction under an actuating of centrifugal force and a plurality of communicating holes penetrating through in the radial direction are provided.
CONSTITUTION: An inner frame member 14 whose external circumference is provided with a ring 30 for a concrete shuttering abuts against an outer frame member 12. Then those combined inner and outer frame members are turned centering around their axis, kneaded concrete is loaded up to a fixed quantity and compaction is performed by acting centrifugal force upon the concrete. Then surplus water containing air bubbles and cement particles comes out to the surface along the external circumference due to a difference between specific gravity of them. When those frame members are turned further, following to an increase of the centrifugal force, the ring for the concrete shuttering is expanded outward of a radial direction almost uniformly for the compaction of the concrete. Therefore, the air bubbles and surplus water extruded with the expansion flow out into a space between ring 30 for the concrete shuttering and the inner frame member 14 through a communication hole 36.
