Title:
RING-FINE SPINNING MACHINE HAVING TRANSFERRING CLEANER AND RESIDUAL YARN REMOVER IN BASE PART OF WOUND BODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3300071
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To quickly remove generated residual yarn by synchronously movably constructing a transferring cleaner and a residual yarn remover in a base part of a wound body respectively transferable along a spindle row.
CONSTITUTION: This ring-fine spinning machine has a transferring cleaning device 6 having a sucking hose 7 and a blowing out hose 8 transferable in the front side along a spindle row and a residual yarn removing device 10 remaining in a base part of a wound body capable of freely sliding on a guiding rail at a back side of the spindle row 4, then the cleaning device 6 and the removing device 10 are bonded through a pulling means 11 comprising an endless wire rope slight in elongation and are constructed synchronously movably. Further, a connection device 25 forming the connection is acted as a position- deciding device and constructed to be capable of connecting only at the position where the residual yarn removing device 10 and a sucking device 14 of the transferring cleaning device 6 are correctly opposing. Instead of the synchronizing by the pulling means 11, an electric controlling mechanism having a position signal generating device and a comparator may be used as a synchronous means.
