The ring-like work transfer device 1 includes a first work-receiving pin drive part 10 having a first work-receiving pin support rod 15 tipped with a first work-receiving pin 16, a pin transfer cylinder 11 which extends/contracts the first work-receiving pin support rod 15 to put the first work-receiving pin 16 through the center hole of a ring-like work W, thereby receiving the ring-like work W and transfers it from a point of reception to a different point, and a pin rotating cylinder 12 which serves as a removing part for removing the ring-like work W from the first work-receiving pin 16 transferred to the different point and downwardly rotates the first work-receiving pin support rod 15 and the first work-receiving pin 16.
