A bare metal 11 is formed by stacking different two kinds of metals into two plies. Then the outermost end part 11a of the bare metal 11 is fastened to the inside bare metal 11 by brazing. In that condition, a ring expander 40 is penetrated through the inside of a ring 30. Expansion and heating by the ring expander 40 from the inside of the ring 30 are repeated three times. Thus a gapless ring 30 is formed. A cone shape recess part 31 is provided by cutting the outer peripheral surface of the ring 30. Hereby the metal end part of the bare metal 11 with different metal color is exposed from the recess part 31. After that, a tapered steel bar is inserted as a core metal inside the ring 30 and the surface is made smooth and the size is adjusted by hammering the outside of the ring 30 by an iron hammer.
