Title:
RING VALVE DISCHARGING MECHANISM IN MULTICYLINDER RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH09112430
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To reduce noise and vibration by providing ring shaped members, in which discharging ports, the number of which is equal to that of cylinders and which are communicated with respective cylinders of a multicylinder reciprocating compressor, are radially formed, and fitting a ring valve to the ring shaped member at a certain interval, and discharging fluid in turn from each discharging port in the circumferential direction.

The first to seventh cylinders 2a to 2g are formed in the circumferential direction and at an equal interval in a cylinder block 1, while pistons 3a to 3g are arranged in respective cylinders 2a to 2g. A ring shaped member 5 is formed as an integrated body together with a valve plate 4, which closes one end of each cylinder 2a to 2g, while, on the outer peripheral surface of this ring shaped member 5, discharging ports, the number of which is equal to that of the cylinders 2a to 2g and which are communicated with the cylinders 2a to 2g, are formed in the circumferential direction, at an equal interval, and radially. In addition, a ring valve 8 is fitted into the ring member from the outside with a clearance, and the discharging ports 5a to 5g are opened/closed in accordance with the eccentric, circular motion of the ring valve 8. Therefore, the ring valve 8 is prevented from violently colliding with the ring member 5.
