Abstract:
To provide an incoming call sound ringing control device, a nurse call system, an incoming call sound ringing control method, and a program capable of suppressing a risk that when all nurses are in sickrooms or treatment rooms, they cannot notice a call by a nurse call and cannot respond to a patient at all.SOLUTION: An incoming call sound ringing control device 100 includes: an incoming call sound ringing determination unit 105 for determining a ringing pattern of a reception terminal for a nurse carried by a nurse based on entry/exit information indicating whether or not the nurse is in a sickroom or a treatment room; and a terminal response unit 106. When the entry/exit information indicates that all of a plurality of nurses are in the room, the incoming call sound ringing determination unit 105 determines the ringing pattern of the reception terminals of all of the plurality of nurses to be a second ringing pattern different from a first ringing pattern, and the terminal response unit 106 responds to the reception terminal for a nurse to ring the reception terminal for a nurse by the second ringing pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
