Title:
RINSE AGENT FOR RECEIVING VESSEL OF CARBONATED BEVERAGE AND METHOD FOR WASHING RECEIVING VESSEL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3936642
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the development of bubbles when carbonated beverages are poured into receiving vessels to control the development of bubbles to a certain level or less.
SOLUTION: A strongly alkaline electrolytically produced alkaline water which is produced in diaphragm electrolysis, in which a dilute aqueous solution of an inorganic salt suitable for eating and drinking is used as the water to be electrolyzed, is adopted as a rinse agent for the receiving vessel used for rinsing the inside of the receiving vessel for receiving extracted carbonated beverages. The development of bubbles is suppressed by allowing a part of the electrolytically produced alkaline water to remain on the inner surface of the receiving vessel and holding the pH at the interface in contact with the inner surface of the receiving vessel to a neutral or alkaline side when the carbonated beverages are poured.
